The deployment-optimized student (328,588 parameters) is roughly 162x smaller and 55x faster than the teacher while retaining 98.96% of internal QWK, targeting diabetic retinopathy screening on resource-limited CPU environments such as health facilities in Indonesia’s 3T regions.
